Fletcher's Boathouse Earth Day Cleanup 🌎
Join us to celebrate Earth Day by spending a day outside cleaning up our local riverside at Fletcher's Boathouse. Enjoy DC's beautiful spring weather while helping preserve a natural space that has served boaters, kayakers, fishers, and nature lovers for over 150 years.
Both land- and water-based cleanup options will be available. Equipment will be provided. Volunteers of all ages are welcome.

NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center Tour
The Association of Energy Engineers National Capital Chapter is thrilled to host an exclusive tour of NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD on Wednesday, August 7th from 11 AM to 2 PM.
This remarkable tour will include visits to the Hubble Space Telescope Operations Center, The Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope, Earth Science Mission Operations, and a Spacecraft Integration and Testing Facility Walkthrough. We will also be learning about sustainability and energy efficiency measures taken by the campus to lessen the sites carbon footprint.
Registrations for this extraordinary opportunity will be limited to 30 people, and all registrations must be submitted by July 31st.
