General Event Refund Policy

To cover administrative and payment processing costs, any refunds are subject to a deduction of the original transaction fees.

• 7+ Days Before Event: Full refund of the registration fee (minus transaction fees).

• 3–6 Days Before Event: Partial refund of 50% of the registration fee (minus transaction fees).

• Less than 48 Hours Before Event: No refunds will be issued.
