General Event Refund Policy

To cover administrative and payment processing costs, transaction fees will be deducted from all refunds. In general, all events have the following refund policy unless otherwise stated in the individual event:

• 7+ Days Before Event: Full refund of the registration fee minus transaction fees.

• 3–6 Days Before Event: Partial refund of 50% of the registration fee minus transaction fees.

• Less than 48 Hours Before Event: No refunds will be issued.
