Scott Sklar Net Zero Energy Home Tour

Join us for a guided tour of two fully self-powered buildings and multiple deployable energy systems. 

The tour is hosted by The Stella Group, Ltd. and led by its President, Scott Sklar. For over 25 years, The Stella Group has served as a global owner’s representative firm that does not sell equipment. Instead, the firm advises institutional clients, local governments, infrastructure owners, corporate campuses, and industrial facilities on how to optimally deploy high-value energy efficiency, renewable energy systems, and energy storage solutions.

Participants will examine integrated approaches to energy performance across buildings and deployable systems, with a focus on practical application and portfolio optimization. All technologies featured are commercially available and currently deployable.

Attendees are encouraged to ask questions throughout the tour and may take photographs.

Weather Notes
Because the tour is primarily outdoors, it will proceed in light to moderate rain. Participants should bring rain gear or umbrellas and wear appropriate walking shoes. In the event of heavy rain, the tour will be postponed and registrants will be notified of a new date.
