Workshop Lead: Kirsty Fontaine – Health Equity Advocate and DEIJ Facilitator Kirsty Fontaine (she/her) is an experienced public health professional led by the understanding that centering the voices, expertise, and experiences of the most marginalized and oppressed is the key to our collective liberation. With nearly ten years of expertise in leading diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and public health programming, she founded Kirsty Fontaine LLC, a minority and woman-owned company providing consulting services to small and medium-size organizations, private institutions, and local jurisdictions in the areas of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice (DEIJ); institutional strategy and metric development; and discussion facilitation.


Moderator: Dee Spolarics – Environmental, Energy, & Sustainability Engineer Dee Spolarics is an Environmental, Energy, and Sustainability Engineer who has been with Volvo Group Trucks for eight years, with 12 years of experience in the Environmental and Energy Industry.
